Aaron is currently a Consulting Director at Godfrey Hammel, Danneels, & Company, PC and Chair of the Business
Valuation Department. He has been qualified as an expert witness and has testified in a number of forums including
trials, arbitration, and depositions. Aaron has an extensive and diversified experience in business valuations,
litigation support, and forensic accounting matters.
Aaron's analysis requires technical and practical expertise in all stages of the valuation and litigation process
including client engagement, data and industry research, quality control, and reporting standards. He has gained
extensive experience in a variety of business valuation engagements, including but not limited to:
- Marital dissolution
- Shareholder dispute actions
- Stockholder agreements
- Estate and gift tax issues
- Buy-sell agreements
- Mergers and acquisitions
Aaron provides fraud and forensic accounting services including; the identification of fraudulent transactions,
misappropriation of company assets, embezzlement, and the identification of internal control weaknesses.
Aaron also provides complete financial support in commercial litigation and employment law matters, including
assisting attorneys with discovery, quantification of damages, preparation of expert reports, structuring of
settlements, and analyzing and evaluating claims by the opposing expert.
Aaron also served for six years in the United State Marine Corps (USMC) Reserve.
